Feast of the Epiphany
In 2023, our community spent a lot of time exploring the intersections between faith and things like science, technology, and even quantum physics in our quest to discover the Universal Christ. For many of us it felt like a whole new world of possibilities opening before us.
Like an Awakening.
As we begin 2024, “Awakening” will be our focus for Epiphany Sunday and the weeks leading up to Lent. Together, we’ll explore what has been awakened within us over the past several months—both as individuals and as a community—and what still may be waiting to be awakened as we move into a new year.
We’ll kick it all off this week with a new video from The Work Of The People featuring Rev. Jacqui Lewis of Middle Church in New York City discussing how Jesus stirs our imagination for the possibilities of what life could be and how waiting for Jesus might really mean waiting for the Christ to awaken within us.
