How can we turn our internal practices into external actions?

Call them spiritual disciplines, habits of the mind, centering practices, quiet times, or even sacraments. Bible study, devotions, meditations and mindfulness.

They are the exercises in which we engage to help us focus on our relationship to and experience of the divine.

Mostly, they are internally focused.

But what if we were more intentional about using our spiritual practices to motivate us to action in the world around us?

This week at New Wineskins, we’ll talk about various spiritual practices and how they can grow into something not only for our own individual benefit, but for the betterment of our world.

Participants are encouraged to share their own spiritual practices with the group so that we might encourage and inspire one another.

Join us in our New Wineskins Virtual Pub via Zoom on Sunday, Aug. 2, as we dig into ways our internal habits can become external actions.

“Happy half-hour” connection opens at 6:00pm.
Conversation begins at 6:30pm.
